asked the Under-Secretary of State for Air whether, in view of the proposal to sell a portion of Heston aerodrome for building purposes, he will see that the flying facilities offered by that aerodrome are not unduly impaired?

Yes, Sir, the question of ensuring that the land adjoining Heston aerodrome is not built upon has been under active consideration, and, subject to Parliamentary authority, it is proposed to purchase the area in question.
