HC Deb 16 November 1936 vol 317 c1318
27. Mr. PARKER

asked the Postmaster-General whether he will arrange to institute a special cheap flat rate for posting parcels to soldiers serving in Palestine, in view of the high rates now operating; and whether any such changes could come into operation in good time for Christmas?

Major TRYON

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given by the Assistant Postmaster-General to my hon. Friend the Member for Penryn and Falmouth (Mr. Petherick) on Wednesday, 11th November.
