§ Mr. PERKINSCan my right hon, Friend tell the House whether British manufacturers of civil aircraft are capable -of competing with the manufacturers in the markets of the world, and if so why it is that a British subsidised company, subsidised by the taxpayers of this country, has recently bought American aircraft?
§ Sir P. SASSOONI do not think that point arises out of this question, which refers to Canada.
