§ Mr. W. S. MORRISONAs indicated in the reply given to a question on the subject to my hon. Friend the Member for Lincoln (Mr. Liddall) on 18th May last, provisions exist in the Act referred to for dealing with hardships that may arise from possible inequalities in rating for land drainage purposes, and I could not undertake to introduce new legislation at the present time.
