§ Mr. BOSSOMI beg to give notice that on Wednesday, 18th November, I shall call attention to the need for establishing an appointed day by which all Town-Planning authorities shall have prepared and submitted to the Minister of Health their proposed plans for the areas under their jurisdiction, and move A Resolution.
