§ Mr. LLOYDBetween 200 and 300 roundabouts and one-way traffic systems are now in operation in the Metropolitan police district and they have been introduced at various dates during the course of the last 12 years. To collate statistics comparing the accidents at particular places before and after the introduction of roundabouts or one-way working would involve an expenditure of time and money which would not be justified by the results.
