§ Mr. RUNCIMANConsiderable progress has been made in the negotiations with Argentina, but some points still remain to be settled. These important negotiations must soon be concluded, but in order that every facility may be given arrangements are being made with the Argentine Government to continue the existing agreement in force until 20th November.
