§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. Oliver Stanley)Recommendation 25 of the recently published report of the Inter-departmental Committee on Road Safety among School Children deals with this question. Copies of this report have been distributed to all local education authorities, together with a circular commending it to their consideration. For the present, I do not think that any further action on my part is required.
