Mr. J. H. THOMASThe commission made 29 recommendations, which have been under review locally. I am not in a 1182 position to state fully what action is being taken, or is contemplated on each of these; but as regards one of the most important, I can say that the Governor of the Windward Islands has reported that it is proposed to introduce in the Legislative Council of Grenada a measure on the lines of Part I of the Imperial Children and Young Persons Act, 1933.
