§ Mr. RUNCIMANUnder the Treaty of Peace (Covenant of the League of Nations) (No. 4) Order, 1935, certain quantities of dead turkeys and fowls, the produce of Yugoslavia, may be imported into this country at a duty of ld. per lb. The import duty on any other dead poultry imported from Yugoslavia and on all poultry imported from Czechoslovakia is 3d. per lb. As regards the last part of the question, the imports of poultry from these two countries in the first four months of this year were substantially less than in the corresponding period of 1935.
