§ Mr. E. BROWNI am not aware of the complaints to which the hon. Member refers; with regard to the latter part of the question, conditions of employment are, subject to the provisions of the law, a matter for arrangement between the employers and workpeople concerned.
§ Mr. MESSERDo I understand that the right hon. Gentleman does not remember receiving a letter from me some time ago and also more recently a letter from another hon. Member?
