Member to the Armaments Year Book, published by the League of Nations, which contains particulars of defence expenditure and population for each of the countries referred to. As regards the United Kingdom, a statement giving particulars of defence expenditure over the last 10 years is being circulated in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
