§ Mr. SHAKESPEAREMy right hon. Friend is informed that on 31st March last there were 1,859 registered blind persons in Middlesex, of whom 198, comprising 83 workshop employés and 115 home workers, were in receipt of augmentation of earnings grant, and 925 were in receipt of a grant under the Middlesex unemployable grant scheme.
