HC Deb 18 May 1936 vol 312 c817
28. Mr. LYONS

asked the President of the Board of Trade the quantities of hose, stockings, and knitted underwear imported into the United Kingdom from Japan for the year ended 30th April, 1936, or nearest convenient date, and the approximate amount of employment that would have been provided by the manufacture of those goods in this country?
