asked the Lord President of the Council the present position with regard to the proposal for a union of benefices in the case of All Hallows Church, Lombard Street?

A scheme for a union of benefices involving All Hallows, Lombard Street, was certified by the Ecclesiastical Commissioners to His Majesty in Council on 21st February last. A Petition of Appeal against the scheme has been lodged, and this and certain other representations are at present receiving consideration.
