HC Deb 13 May 1936 vol 312 cc384-5
Mr. ATTLEE

Has the Prime Minister any statement to make in regard to to-day's business?

The PRIME MINISTER

We are taking the Second Reading of the Tithe Bill. The House will have learned from an answer I gave a little time ago that it is not proposed to take the Committee stage of the Tithe [Money] Resolution. We also propose to take the Motions in regard to Military Manoeuvres and Post Office (American Mail Contract), which are exempted business.
