Mr. J. H. THOMASThe Colonial Development Fund made a free grant of £1,740 for reafforestation in the Seychelles. Many other grants have been made from the fund for general forestry work, especially the training of personnel.
§ Mr. THURTLEWill the right hon. Gentleman say what the amount of this Development Fund is, or is that matter a Cabinet secret?
