§ Mr. BUTLERI am aware of the facts stated by the hon. Member in the first and second parts of the question. The question of nutrition is, and has been for some years, engaging the attention of the Government of India; and nutritional surveys in selected areas are now being carried out under the auspices of the Indian Research Fund Association, which is financed by the Government of India.
