HC Deb 11 May 1936 vol 312 c28
42. Mr. THURTLE

asked the Attorney-General whether he will, by means of a statement in the House, direct the attention of all concerned as to where information bearing upon the alleged leakage of Budget secrets should be sent for the use of the judicial Tribunal of Inquiry?

Sir GEORGE PENNY (Treasurer of the Household)

I have been asked to reply. My hon. and learned Friend would refer the hon. Member to the statement issued by the Home Secretary, which was published in the "Times" of 7th May, that any communications on the subject of the Tribunal's Inquiry should be addressed to the Secretary of the Tribunal at the Royal Courts of Justice.
