§ Mr. LLOYDDuring 1935 courts of summary jurisdiction in England and Wales ordered the whipping of juveniles in 211 cases. If in the latter part of 1883 the question the hon. Member is referring to the infliction of corporal punishment for disciplinary offences in prisons, the answer as respects 1935 is "none."
