Ordered, That so much of the Lords Message [29th April] as relates to the appointment of a Committee on the Public Health Bill [Lords] be now considered."—[Sir G. Penny.] So much of the Lords Message considered accordingly.

Ordered, That a Select Committee of Seven Members be appointed to join with the Committee appointed by the Lords to consider the Public Health Bill [Lords]. Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers, and records. Ordered, That Three be the quorum."—[Sir G. Penny.]
