HC Deb 30 March 1936 vol 310 cc1624-5
46. Lieut. - Commander FLETCHER

asked the Prime Minister whether questions may be addressed to the Minister without portfolio upon all matters which have been stated by Ministers to be receiving the consideration of the Government; if so, on what day such questions may be put; and, if not, on what questions the Minister in question may be questioned?

The PRIME MINISTER

The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative: the second part, therefore, does not arise. As regards the last part of the question, as my right hon. Friend is not in charge of a Department, questions should continue to be addressed to Departmental Ministers.
