§ Sir K. WOODThe Bill to which my hon. Friend refers was introduced in another place in the early part of this week. Within the limits applicable to a Bill whose principal object is the consolidation of the existing law, I hope my hon. Friend will find in the Bill an affirmative answer to the second part of his question.
