HC Deb 25 March 1936 vol 310 cc1215-6
37. Mr. W. H. GREEN

asked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the danger and delay to transport caused by the wooden bridge over Deptford Creek now being completed by the Southern Railway Company; and what steps he proposes to take to ensure that the conditions of the Act of 1833 protecting free access for transport are carried out and thus prevent hardship and handicap to industry situate at the wharves of Deptford Creek?

Mr. HORE-BELISHA

I am in communication with the railway company.
