asked the Home Secretary whether he has now completed his inquiries in connection with the Allard murder case, with a view to ascertaining to what extent foreign persons engaged in illegal and criminal activities are able to journey backwards and forwards between this country and the Continent without the consent and knowledge of the proper authorities?
