§ Mr. RUNCIMANI understand that negotiations in regard to an order from Russia for tinplate from South Wales are now in progress.
§ Mr. SORENSENIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that this order was prevented from reaching its destination owing to the operations of this international cartel, which consists of Germany, Great Britain, America and France; and will he take steps to break down this cartel which is preventing our workers receiving employment?
§ Mr. RUNCIMANI am not aware that that is a correct description of the situation.
