§ Sir K. WOODThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The question of assisting in the provision of these dogs for blind persons is one for the consideration of the appropriate voluntary agencies and local authorities, and I should be prepared to give any approval that might be necessary to enable a local authority to grant such assistance in suitable cases.
