§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of AGRICULTURE (Mr. Ramsbotham)yes, Sir. The reduction of the tithepayer's annual liability to £91 11s. 2d. per £100 tithe rentcharge 2129 par value and the limitation to a period of 60 years, contemplated in the White Paper (Cmd. 5102), are intended to operate throughout England and Wales.
