Mr. J. H. THOMASI am aware of the negotiations to which my hon, and gallant Friend refers. The company were informed that the Governments of Palestine and Trans-Jordan concurred in the terms of the proposed agreement.

Mr. THOMASIt is a sort of cartel agreement. If my hon. and gallant Friend would like to put down another question I will answer it, but I will also send him a copy of the agreement.
