§ Viscount CRANBORNEThe interests of British subjects in Libya are normally under the protection of His Majesty's Consul at Tripoli, with a subordinate Vice-Consulate at Benghazi. A full Consul has recently been appointed to Benghazi with a view to the better protection of British interests in Eastern Libya.
