HC Deb 09 March 1936 vol 309 c1803
74. Mr. THORNE

asked the Home Secretary whether he has received a report in connection with the death of Frederick Peskett, a pile driver, employed by Messrs. Shelbourne, of London; and what was the cause of the accident?

Mr. LLOYD

The attention of my Department had not been drawn to this fatality, and it seems likely that the employment was not subject to the Factory and Workshop Acts. Perhaps the hon. Member will be good enough to send me fuller particulars.
