§ Captain MARGESSONThe hon. Member may be assured that the need for the inclusion, in the staffs of tax collection offices in Welsh-speaking areas, of officers with a knowledge of Welsh is carefully borne in mind. Two of the assistant collectors in the Portmadoc collection office speak Welsh.
