§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Runciman)Inquiries under the provisions of the Assurance Companies (Winding-Up) Acts, 1933 and 1935 have been made in certain cases, but it has so far not been found necessary in any case either to appoint an inspector or to present a petition for the winding-up of a company.
