§ Dr. BURGINSection 3 of the. Cotton Spinning Industry Act requires the Board of Trade to consult certain organisations regarding the persons to be appointed as members of the Advisory Committee under the Act. My right hon. Friend is in communication with those organisations, but he is not yet in a position to give the names of the persons who will serve on the committee.
