Member is aware, His Majesty's High Commissioner for Egypt and the Sudan 38 has returned to this country at the request of His Majesty's Government to consult with them on certain aspects of the treaty conversations which have been taking place between British and Egyptian Delegations in Cairo. These consultations are at present proceeding.
