§ Mr. KELLYWhile I do not take strong exception to agreeing to this Amendment, I should like to point out that one or two things have been passed to-night and when hon. Members see them in the Bill they will probably realise they have made a mistake. The alteration in regard to insurance is a case in point. It is not right that the House should have to rush through these matters at this late hour. During the last two or three nights legislation has been allowed to go through which will be seen not to read well when it is printed.
