HC Deb 29 July 1936 vol 315 c1524
50. Mr. CHORLTON

asked the Minister for the Co-ordination of Defence whether he will consider setting up a board of invention to encourage and examine devices for protection against aerial attack and other problems of defence?

Sir T. INSKIP

Facilities already exist for the examination by experts of any proposals of the nature indicated which are received. Inventions of all kinds are frequently received and are given the fullest consideration.
