Lords Amendments: In page 30, line 39, at the end, insert: 'statutory undertakers' means any persons authorised by any enactment or statutory order to construct, work or carry on any railway, canal, inland navigation, dock, harbour, tramway, gas, electricity, water or other public undertaking.

This is consequential upon the insertion in Clause 14 of the new Sub-section relating to statutory undertakers. Up to now they have only been referred to in the First Schedule.
