COLLINSAny child between the ages of two and 15 years in Glasgow may call at one of the children's milk centres established by the Scottish Milk Marketing Board in the Anderston, Bridgeton, Gorbals and Govan districts, to buy milk at the reduced price for consumption on the premises. The scheme only started on 29th June, and the Board are not in a position to assess the effects on the health of the children.
