Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Mossley and Saddleworth Gas Company, Limited, which was presented on the 13th day of July and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Oswestry Gas Light and Coke Company, Limited, which was presented on the 6th day of July and published, be approved, subject to the following modifications:— Clause 30, page 10, line 32, at end, insert "or to any depot of a railway company.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Sunderland Gas Company, which was presented on the 13th day of July and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Wandsworth and District Gas Company, which was presented on the 13th day of July and published, be approved."—[Captain Hudson.]
