§ The MINISTER of AGRICULTURE (Mr. Elliot)I have asked the Sugar Commission to consider and report to me whether in their view it is desirable and practicable to effect any change in the provisions regarding transport charges hitherto contained in contracts for the sale and purchase of sugar-beet. I understand that the commission are now in consultation with representatives of the growers on this matter.
