Resolved,
That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1935, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the compulsory acquisition of servitudes or other rights for overhead main transmission lines in and over certain land situate at Portobello, in the city and county of the city of Edinburgh, which was presented on the 25th day of June, 1936, be approved."—[Captain A.
