§ Captain HUDSONIf the hon. Member will look at the answer he will see that the proposals do not apply to any roads in metropolitan and county boroughs in England and Wales. The Mersey Tunnel lies between two county boroughs.
§ Mr. LOGANSeeing that a number of roads are being taken over and this is a main highway between Lancashire and Cheshire, is it not possible to take it over?
