asked the Minister of Agriculture whether, in connection with the proposed introduction of a permanent scheme for payment from the Exchequer of a cattle subsidy, he will have sympathetic regard for the position of the temporary staff employed by the Cattle Committee who, since the inception of the committee, have remained in a state of insecurity as to their future employment?
