As to the second part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which my right hon. Friend gave to the hon. and gallant Member for Petersfield (Major Dorman-Smith) on 30th June, and to the reply given on 10th February last to the hon. Member for Lincoln (Mr. Liddall) by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture.
