HC Deb 15 July 1936 vol 314 c2035
42. Captain ALAN GRAHAM

asked the Under-Secretary of State for Air the terms of the recent air agreement between Italy and Germany, and especially those in regard to the use of the Dodecanese islands?

Sir P. SASSOON

I regret that I am unable to give the terms of this agreement. Precise information regarding it has not yet been received.

43. Captain GRAHAM

asked the Under-Secretary of State for Air whether he will review the present position of British air-power in regard to land bases in the Eastern Mediterranean, with special reference to the recently concluded Italo-German air agreement and the Dodecanese Islands?

Sir P. SASSOON

I am not sure what is the precise point which my hon. and gallant Friend has in mind, but I can assure him that British air interests in the Eastern Mediterranean are kept constantly under review.
