Friend is aware that statements alleging congestion at these hospitals have appeared in the Press in connection with a recent fatality. He is asking for the observations of the Kent County Council and will inform my hon. and gallant Friend of the result. My right hon. Friend understands that a new voluntary hospital is to be built at Canterbury.
