HC Deb 01 July 1936 vol 314 c413
80. Mr. JENKINS

asked the Secretary for Mines whether the workmen's insurance scheme now in operation at the Bedwas colliery, Monmouthshire, is financed entirely, or to what extent, by contributions from workmen's wages; and can he supply full particulars as to the contributions, benefits, reserve funds, and management of the scheme?

The SECRETARY for MINES (Captain Crookshank)

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Rhondda, West (Mr. John) yesterday, to which I have nothing to add.
