Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1935, and the Leicestershire and Warwickshire Electric Power Act, 1926, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, to increase the capital and borrowing powers of the Leicestershire and Warwickshire Electric Power Company, which was presented on the 6th day of February, 1936, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1935, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, in respect of part of the borough of Torquay, and part of the rural district of Newton Abbot, in the county of Devon, which was presented on the 11th day of February, 1936, be approved."—[Captain.A.
