§ Mr. ELLIOTProposals for the better preeservation and custody of the public records of Scotland (including Sheriff Court records) have been the subject of consultation with the various authorities and Departments concerned; and when the necessary details have been adjusted it is the intention of the Government to introduce legislation on the subject.
